Welcome interested and potential future participants!
Before signing up for a class, please read the following to ensure your safety.
Our workouts are designed to improve balance, strength, endurance, brain health, and your table tennis skills! They may also reduce the symptoms associated with Parkinson’s Disease and other cognitive conditions. Our sessions require being on your feet for up to 75 minutes. You will be moving and reacting as it relates to ping pong. We intend for it to be a workout!
Our current class structure makes it very challenging to safely participate if an assistive device is needed for balance, an individual frequently loses their balance or falls, or general deconditioning makes operating an hour-long class difficult.
As we continue to expand our program, we will provide an environment that can accommodate people with less mobility. Please note participants in any of our fitness programs should be cleared by
your physician.
